Senior Content Strategy Manager

The Opportunity

In your role as Senior Content Strategy Manager, you will help us achieve our goals and deliver success on behalf of our customers by developing and executing a content strategy to enhance the visibility of Featurespace by amplifying our brand, product, mission, and values. This includes managing stakeholders and business priorities, using strong project management skills to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of content such as awards, podcasts, and videos.

Additionally, you will be responsible for creating engaging written and visual content aimed at attracting and converting target audiences, with a focus on producing effective marketing materials, including email campaigns, website landing pages, and social media posts. You will work within a dynamic team of supportive and driven individuals who value curiosity, integrity, and collaboration.

This is a hybrid role based in our  Cambridge or London office, so you will ideally be comfortable coming into the office 3 times a week. If you’re interested in the role but require more flexibility, please speak to us!

Day to Day

  • Build and implement the Content Strategy for Featurespace, including expanding on our thought leadership outputs – working with the Featurespace Innovation Lab and our Subject Matter Experts to highlight the brilliant new ideas that come from our team, building market recognition and adding real value to the sector
  • Own and manage our relationships with various Research Partners to deliver our sector-leading reports
  • Work with our agency partners to ensure that our website is clearly acting as a brochure for the brilliance within Featurespace: track and report on KPIs like website traffic, SEO, organic acquisition, search visibility, and engagement metrics, and take an iterative approach to content creation and promotion
  • Work closely with our technical and commercial teams to produce content that creates demand, delivering the right content, to the right contacts, on the right channel at the right time. Launch new features/products and deliver effective sales enablement material
  • Produce, deploy, and measure high-quality written and visual content such as blogs, social media, whitepapers, case studies, videos
  • Analyse and report on the performance of our content and make recommendations for improvement
  • Enhance and evolve our tone of voice

About you

Must haves

  • A passion for project management and stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage timelines, communicate with impact, and keep multiple plates spinning. A keen eye for detail and passion for keeping things running smoothly and well-organised
  • Will have experience working in a similar role (B2B experience a must) and will be confident in leading brand content campaigns (paid and organic) across multiple digital channels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas, both verbally and in writing to an exceptionally high standard
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content that engages and informs our target audience
  • Familiarity with content management systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools
  • Contributes to knowledge sharing by writing thought pieces or attending conferences
  • Maintain clear communication, expectations and timelines with internal teammates and external partners on deliverables
  • Detail-driven, self-starting, and critical minded with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • A passionate and creative writer who is confident speaking to a B2B audience

Great to haves

  • An understanding of and curiosity for brand building and positioning
  • Demonstrable experience in content marketing, ideally within the fintech sector, DeepTech sector or agency equivalent experience
  • Experience combining SEO best practices with an editorial mindset to deliver top-notch, multi-channel content strategies
  • Data-driven, with experience tracking and reporting on KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, and Salesforce
